Shipping Policy

Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, delivery times, and how we get your order to you. We process all orders as soon as we receive the payment. You will get a notification once your order has been shipped.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY (NL & BE) 
  • Your package will be sent by DPD
  • Delivery in 1-2 business days, if the item is in stock 
  • The estimated delivery date will be shown during checkout
  • Free shipping on all orders in the Netherlands & Belgium

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Standard International

  • Your package will be sent by DPD
  • Standard Europe Shipping within 4-8 business days 
  • Standard Worldwide Shipping within 14-16 business days
  • The expected delivery date will be provided during the checkout process
  • Delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the shipping timeframe.


Express International

  • Your package will be sent by DHL Express
  • Express Europe Shipping is 1-2 business days
  • Express Worldwide Shipping is about 3-6 business days
  • The expected delivery date will be provided during the checkout process


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges — they are the customer’s responsibility.
